We take our responsibilities to our clients, our team and the wider community very seriously.
In light of the ongoing Covid-19 situation, we have put in place various measures to minimise the risk of transmission.
All of our team members are fully vaccinated and take lateral flow tests at least once per week.
All of our team members are fully equipped to work remotely as and when required, and they are empowered to do so any time they feel it would be unsafe to travel to our office.
Whilst our office is open for client meetings as appropriate, we are fully equipped to conduct meetings and discussions, both internally and externally, by telephone or video conference as required. All documents and paperwork can be handled electronically or without the need for face to face meetings.
Hand sanitiser is available throughout our office, which is well ventilated, has a modern air conditioning system and is thoroughly cleaned each day.
Within our office, we operate a common sense approach to social distancing.
We will not ask any client or other visitor to come to our office if we feel it would be irresponsible to do so. We maintain a register of all visitors in order to identify and contact any affected individuals in the event of a positive case.
Our office is accessed via communal areas of our building which benefit from a rigorous daily cleaning schedule.
The building management company has clearly signposted Covid procedures in place, including requests to wear face coverings in communal areas, to use stairs rather than lifts where possible and to maintain social distancing at all times.
