Adam joined the Spectrum team in March 2025, bringing his enthusiasm and dedication to our administration team.
Alongside Louise, Adam is often the first friendly face our clients encounter, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and valued.
In addition to his front-of-house duties, Adam plays a crucial role in supporting the team with various responsibilities, including diary management. His commitment to learning and growing in the field of financial planning is evident as he continues to deepen his understanding of our services.
Adam’s passion for connecting with people has been a driving force throughout his career. From his very first job, he has enjoyed meeting diverse individuals and learning about their interests and goals. With a family background in financial services, Adam was inspired to follow in their footsteps. In 2023, he took on the challenge of studying for his Level 4 qualification, which he successfully completed in 2024.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys socialising with friends, spending quality time with his family, and has recently taken up training in jiu-jitsu.
