Morgan joined the team in February 2026 as our Business Assistant, bringing a strong background in client service.
As the first point of contact for many clients, Morgan plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment, greeting visitors to our office and answering most phone calls.
Alongside managing diaries and supporting the wider team, Morgan is also involved in organising client events and the everyday running of our operations.
With undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Communications and International Relations, Morgan has developed a particular interest in building meaningful connections and communicating with a wide range of people.
Morgan has a people-focused approach as she enjoys getting to know our clients and understanding what matters most to them.
Outside of work, Morgan has a keen interest in art, music, Scottish Gaelic and photography. She also enjoys exploring creative outlets in her spare time.
