Shannon entered the financial services profession in 2021, inspired by family members in the field.

She quickly recognised the significance of personalised financial planning and found fulfilment in supporting advisers to deliver a high standard of service. Since then, she has progressed rapidly, preparing client reviews and advice reports, researching financial solutions, and assisting advisers in delivering exceptional service. Working alongside highly qualified professionals and a diverse client base has given her valuable industry insight.

In November 2025, Shannon joined Spectrum Wealth Group, bringing her enthusiasm for client care and commitment to excellence.

Ever since joining our team, Shannon has felt at home and her experience strongly aligns with our ethos of going the extra mile for clients.

Shannon finds great satisfaction in helping advisers, supporting clients, and making each day a little easier for others.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her little cousins, exploring pet-friendly cafés and nature trails with her cat and dog, and unwinding with Pilates or hot yoga.

Kindness is a core value for Shannon, and she believes in treating everyone with compassion and respect, both in and outside of work.
